No wasted time traveling to see your coach: attend your coaching sessions wherever you want, in your own office or a conference room at work, at home or even while traveling. Given that most people who hire a leadership coach are already very busy, this time-savings makes a huge difference. Becky lives in Central Arizona, phone secessions allow you to work with her no matter where you are in the world.

Coaching In-person: In person coaching sessions are available as you may prefer the personal face-to-face aspect of in-person coaching. *Additional fees and travel expenses may be required.

One-on-one and team coaching requires commitment from both sides and takes place over an extended period of time, packages are offered in 6, 9, or 12-month packages. In an initial interview, you will review the desired outcomes and Becky will design a program that will work for you.

Consulting. Coaching can be considered a form of consulting. However, consulting is often information and expertise based. For example, you might hire a consultant to help your business with a specific problem. In which case, you’d expect your consultant to have knowledge and experience in that particular area. Coaches on the other hand may or may not have a background or experience in your field. A leadership coach is a leadership specialist, an expert on helping you develop all areas of business and/or personal leadership. Unlike many consultants who propose a solution and leave you to implement it, your coach stays with you to help you integrate the changes, new skills, and goals to make sure they really happen. This, is one of the many reasons why leadership coaching is so effective–it is one thing to have the information and quite another to actually make the change!

Therapy. Coaching is not therapy. Leadership coaches don’t work on past-based issues or traumas. Leadership coaches are not psychologists or psychotherapists. If you start a coaching program and have not resolved an issue from the past, then it is very likely you will be referred to work with a therapist to resolve the issue. It is very common for unresolved traumas or addictions to stop us from getting what we want in our lives. Coaches focus on the present and the client’s goals for the future. We help people move forward and set personal and professional goals that will give them the life and career they really want. Most coaching clients are healthy, successful people who might be a bit stuck or simply want to make a big change in their lives and want the support of a coach to do so.

Best friend. A best friend or two or three is wonderful to have. But is your best friend an objective professional who you can trust to advise you on the most important aspects of your professional life and/or business? Sometimes, our friends can’t tell us the truth, as much as they would like to, because they don’t want to risk losing the friendship. A good coach is never afraid to tell you the truth and is willing to be fired at any time. Why not have a best friend and a professionally trained coach?

If there is a gap between where you are now and where you want to be, then there is room for professional coaching. Why struggle on your own when you can get what you want out of life in a fraction of the time with the structure, support, and tools of a skilled professional coach?

Coaching programs are offered in six, nine, and twelve-month increments. During your discover call [insert acuity discovery call link] we will determine the plan of action best for you.

Even if you are successful, do you want to take your career to the next level? Are you doing what you most enjoy? Are you tolerating or putting up with anything? Is your career easy or are you struggling? If you aren’t doing what you love to do, you would benefit from some coaching. I certainly did! Are you on the path to financial independence? Do you have what you really want?

Most people dream to have more out of their lives. Never before in history has mankind had such an incredible opportunity for self-expression through one’s work.

One of the reasons there is a growing demand for coaching is the complexity of modern business and everyday life. Things aren’t as simple as they were in the past. And, whereas your parents might have been happy to have a job that paid the bills, most people today want a job that is personally fulfilling and financially rewarding. They want to find work that is in line with their core values and is an expression of who they are. Professional coaching can help you get there.

Quit “shoulding” on yourself! Athletes, performers, and CEO’s know that they can’t do it alone. They know they need a trained professional or even a team of experts to help them determine the best direction and to provide objective support and feedback. Without this, it is almost impossible to achieve excellence.

Most people believe they must sacrifice something to attain what they want. Some people sacrifice their health, their time to enjoy life, or their relationships. None of this is necessary. You can have it all, but maybe not all right this minute! And, with professional coaching, you’ll find you don’t have to sacrifice anything to get what you want. You may need to change a few things (remember of nothing changes, then, noting changes). Clients typically find they have more time with their families and friends, more money, more opportunities, and are more successful at work and life when they work with a professionally trained coach.

No professional athlete would consider playing any sport without the support of a coach. The extra edge the coach provides makes all the difference. Why shouldn’t you have this same advantage in your own professional life? Sign up for Coaching today — you’ll be amazed at the results you’ll get!

Professionals are realizing how simple it can be to accomplish something that several years ago might have felt out of reach or like a pipedream. A coach is not a miracle worker (well, maybe they are , sometimes) but a coach does have a large tool kit to help the Big GOALS become a reality. Fortunately, people and organizations now have time and resources to invest in this kind of personal and professional growth.

Coaching works for several reasons:

Synergy between the coach and client creates momentum and enthusiasm. Better goals are set — ones that naturally motivate the client. The client develops new skills, which lead to greater success.

Professional coaching provides a structure of support. Many times, people start out with the best intentions and then hit a snag and either get derailed completely or delayed for a long time. A professional coach can help you quickly bust through snags and inevitable road blocks in your career so that more is accomplished with less struggle and less effort in a remarkable short period of time.

Your coach is an objective, positive supporter. Not everyone is lucky enough to have such a friend or colleague to provide this. If you’ve been doing it solo, try seeing how much more you can accomplish with your own professional coach!

The focus is on your wants and needs: Your goals are our goals. Although, we might have some radical suggestions for just how to reach those goals more quickly. Sometimes, in order to be more successful in business, you need to do some personal work. So, don’t be surprised if you get a personal assignment or two!

As beneficial as one-on-one professional coaching is it isn’t appropriate for everyone.

Some people find it very difficult to make the needed changes. Remember; if nothing changes, then nothing changes. Coaching requires soul-searching work with another human being, that can make you feel uncomfortable at times.

If you are in need of therapy to resolve an issue from the past, have addictions to drugs or alcohol, have experienced a trauma or loss recently, now is probably not the best time to start a coaching program. Seek the help of a therapist or social worker in your community. Consult your doctor or clergy for a recommendation.
